Our commitment
We serve the NDIS community. Inaccessible tools would betray the people we exist to support. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website, and to ensure every interaction with our service (phone, email, forms, meet and greets) is available in a format that works for you.
Accessibility features of this website
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We're actively working on:
- Full screen-reader testing across Chrome/Firefox/Safari with NVDA and VoiceOver
- Captions and transcripts for our YouTube explainer video
- A high-contrast mode toggle
- Translations into our top 5 spoken languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Greek, Italian)
If you encounter a barrier we haven't listed, please tell us. Your feedback helps us fix things faster.
Alternative formats
If any of our resources (PDF guides, the referral form, service agreements) don't work for you, we will provide an alternative, including:
- Easy Read versions
- Large-print documents
- Audio descriptions
- Plain text or Word versions of PDFs
- Auslan interpreter arranged for meet and greets
- TTY and National Relay Service support
