Our commitment

We serve the NDIS community. Inaccessible tools would betray the people we exist to support. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website, and to ensure every interaction with our service (phone, email, forms, meet and greets) is available in a format that works for you.

Accessibility features of this website

Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and labels for screen readers
Alt text on informative images; decorative images marked as such
Keyboard navigation supported throughout, including forms, dropdowns and the multi-step referral form
Colour contrast meets WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
Responsive design that adapts to phones, tablets, screen readers, and magnifiers
Plain language across content, especially on audience pages for participants and families
Descriptive link text (no "click here") so screen reader users understand link destinations out of context
No auto-playing audio or video that disrupts screen reader users
