Built For Support Coordinators

Stop chasing workers. Start placing participants.

Your plans are overflowing. Worker availability changes hourly. You've spent entire afternoons sending the same referral to ten different providers just hoping someone replies. Support Match does all of that for you, so every referral you receive is already matched, vetted and ready to meet.

You're already doing four jobs

Matching should not be the fifth. Here's what we remove from your plate.

We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants

Support Match supports plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. That lets us move quickly, keep quality high, and give you the flexibility most coordinators want. If your participant is NDIA-managed, we'll tell you up front, no wasted time.

Plan-managed, invoices go straight to the plan manager
Self-managed, we invoice the participant, they claim through the NDIS portal
Hybrid plans, we work with the self-managed or plan-managed portion

The problems we actually solve

Chasing availability

You send one request to us, not ten to providers who never reply. We contact workers, confirm availability, and only send profiles where we've already confirmed they can start.

Workers who don't fit

We screen against your participant's actual preferences, gender, age range, interests, language, cultural background, not just geography. Misfits get filtered out before you see them.

Compliance gaps

Every worker we send has verified NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, and references. Expiries are tracked so you're never surprised at the next plan review.

Hard-to-fill complex cases

Complex behaviour support, PEG feeding, hoist training, manual handling, CALD language needs, we source against the brief, not just the cheapest CV on the pile.

Cancellations and dropouts

If a match doesn't work, we don't leave you stranded. We go back to the pool and source again at no extra cost. You manage the plan. We handle the staffing.

Plan reviews without drama

Monthly utilisation and shift-count reports on request, so you can walk into any plan review with data instead of guesswork.

Four steps, done for you

1

Submit the referral

Use our 5-step referral form or email us the plan. Tell us what the participant needs and prefers.

2

We source & screen

We search our 20,000+ network, contact suitable workers, run the checks, and verify availability.

3

Shortlist in 3–5 days

You get 2–4 matched profiles with tags, experience, location and why each fits the brief.

4

Free meet & greet

We arrange it. No obligation. If it's not the right fit, we go again at no cost.

A profile you can actually share with the family

No raw CVs. Clean, branded profile cards built for coordinators.

What other coordinators say

"I used to spend half a day per referral just sourcing. Now I send one email and the shortlist lands mid-week. My caseload capacity has doubled."

"The first referral I sent was a hoist-trained, Mandarin-speaking, female worker for a complex client. Three profiles in four days. That's unheard of."

How we handle high-priority referrals

Some referrals can't wait. Here's how we triage.

Mark the referral as urgent in the form, and we move it to the top of the queue immediately.
Initial response within 2 hours during business hours for urgent cases, often within 30 minutes.
First shortlist within 24,48 hours for most urgent referrals, depending on the complexity.
Temporary worker placement available for immediate cover while we source the longer-term match.
Out-of-hours support via our on-call coordinator for genuine emergencies.
