Pick Hireup if you have the time and confidence to browse profiles, message 20 workers, manage your own booking app, and handle the matching yourself. Hireup is a well-run platform, well-capitalised ($40M), and many of their workers are excellent. But the work of matching is yours to do.
Pick Support Match if you want someone else to do the searching, screening and shortlisting, and send you a curated list of 2–4 matched, verified, available workers so you can skip straight to meeting them. We do one job: find the right person. That's it.
One more thing: Support Match works with plan-managed and self-managed participants only. If you're NDIA-managed, Hireup is an option for you and we're not, we'll tell you honestly.
Submit a referral and we'll shortlist matched, screened workers within 3–5 business days. No cost to try.
