You know what you need. You know what you like. You've probably had workers who didn't listen, didn't turn up, or just weren't a fit. We ask what matters to you, then we find someone who actually matches. And you meet them before anything starts.
Most providers match on whoever is free. We match on what you actually want. You tell us. We find.
Showering, dressing, hygiene, medication prompts, morning & evening routines, delivered with dignity.
Going out, public transport, appointments, social events, sports, hobbies, your life, not ours.
Cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, tidying, bill admin, the practical stuff.
A good conversation. Building confidence. Someone you actually look forward to seeing.
Licensed, insured, car provided. Appointments, shopping, social events, work or study.
In-home or community respite so the people who love you can also rest.
Every match starts with a free meet & greet, in person, video or phone. If it's not right, you tell us, and we try again. No explanation needed.
Tell us what you actually want. We'll send profiles of workers who match. You say yes or no. Simple.
Here's a simple checklist for what to think about before and during your free meet & greet.
Your home, a cafe, a park, or video call. Whatever feels easy for you.
Family member, friend, or care coordinator. You don't have to do it alone.
Interests, previous experience, why they got into this work. Three is enough.
Do they listen? Do they make eye contact? Does your body relax or tense up?
Take a day. Talk to family. Let your gut settle. Then tell us yes or no.
If it's not a fit, say so. We'll rematch, no hard feelings, no awkward conversations for you.
These are your rights under the NDIS, and our promise to uphold them.
You pick the worker, every time. We never allocate without your consent.
Swap workers any time, at no cost. Rematching is part of what we do.
No lock-in. Pause or cancel with two weeks' notice, at any time.
Your details stay with our team. Workers only see what you've agreed to share.
If something's wrong, we want to know. We take feedback seriously and act on it.
Every worker meets NDIS Practice Standards. We don't compromise.
