Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to give personal info? +
Just the basics: your name, email, and phone, so we know where to send your kit and can check in if you ever want a hand.
Is it really free? +
Yes. No fee, no upsell, no pressure. We built this because we hear from families every week who are exhausted and didn't know where to start.
I'm not on the NDIS yet, can I still use this? +
Absolutely. The wellbeing and respite sections work for any family carer. The matching section is most useful for NDIS-funded participants, but the rest applies to everyone.
What if I'm not ready for a support worker right now? +
Take the kit. Read the wellbeing pages. We won't chase you. When and if you ever want to talk about matching a worker so you can take a real break, we'll be here.
